High-Desert-Aged in the Cascade Mountain Range at 2,300’, Firefighter’s Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is exposed to the high desert climate. Our whiskey is cold at night and hot during the day, every day, pushing the bourbon up against the char of the barrel, giving us a natural in-barrel charcoal filtration that delivers an incredibly rewarding and smooth whiskey. Firefighter’s Reserve has a long, dry, smooth, sultry finish with subtle notes of butterscotch, oak, vanilla, and cherry.

Our traditional mash bill is comprised of:

75% corn

21% rye

4% malted barley

Distilled in Kentucky, single-barrel, minimum 2-year high-desert-aged.
